Prime Minister’s Office said that PM Modi has spread the foundation stone of important road projects that are part of the Nagpur – Vijayawada Economic Corridor. The projects include – 108 km long ‘four-lane access controlled Greenfield highway from Warangal to Khammam section of NH-163G’ and 90 km long ‘four-lane access controlled greenfield highway from Khammam to Vijayawada section of NH-163G. These road projects will be developed at a total cost of about Rs 6400 crore. The projects will reduce travel distance between Warangal and Khammam by about 14 km; and between Khammam and Vijayawada by about 27 km, said the official statement that was released by PMO.

Meanwhile, Modi joined hands with Ankit Baiyanpuria who is a fitness influencer from Haryana. Ankit’s ‘Swacchata Hi Seva campaign’ was shared by him on his Instagram handle with the objective of improving his mental fortitude and self-discipline. The ‘75-day challenge’ was discussed by Modi in his recent interaction with regard to the cleanliness drive.

PM Modi took to X (formerly Twitter) to share his experience with Baiyanpuriya and said, “Today, as the nation focuses on Swachhata, Ankit Baiyanpuriya and I did the same! Beyond just cleanliness, we blended fitness and well-being also into the mix. It is all about that Swachh and Swasth Bharat vibe!”

In the video posted by the prime minister, he was seen asking Baiyanpuria about his daily fitness routine and giving more details about the fitness challenge he has taken up for a total of 75 days. “Ankit aap physical activity keliye kitne time dete ho?” (Ankit, how much time do you dedicate to physical activity in a day?). To this, Ankit responded that he spends a whole of four to five hours a day and noted that he is motivated by Modi.

Here are the five rules to follow Ankit Baiyanpuriya’s 75-day difficult challenge:

  1. Consume four liters of water each day.
  2. Perform a workout two times a day for 45 minutes each, one outdoors and the other indoors.
  3. Ensure to click a selfie after the workout.
  4. After a particular diet with limitations on alcohol and no cheat meals
  5. Read 10 pages of a non-fiction book every day.

During Ankit’s exploration of fitness and health, he came across Andy Frisella’s ’75-day Hard Challenge.’ Interestingly, Ankit lured over 2.5 million followers within just 28 days. Right now, his Instagram following has risen to 4.9 million loyal supporters.

Modi has also been promoting about the Cleanliness drive since a long while. For the unversed, the Swachh Bharat Mission was introduced on October 2 in 2014 at the event of Gandhi Jayanti which commemorates the birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi also known as Mahatma, Bapu, or Father of the Nation.
