Meanwhile, Modi joined hands with Ankit Baiyanpuria who is a fitness influencer from Haryana. Ankit’s ‘Swacchata Hi Seva campaign’ was shared by him on his Instagram handle with the objective of improving his mental fortitude and self-discipline. The ‘75-day challenge’ was discussed by Modi in his recent interaction with regard to the cleanliness drive.
PM Modi took to X (formerly Twitter) to share his experience with Baiyanpuriya and said, “Today, as the nation focuses on Swachhata, Ankit Baiyanpuriya and I did the same! Beyond just cleanliness, we blended fitness and well-being also into the mix. It is all about that Swachh and Swasth Bharat vibe!”
In the video posted by the prime minister, he was seen asking Baiyanpuria about his daily fitness routine and giving more details about the fitness challenge he has taken up for a total of 75 days. “Ankit aap physical activity keliye kitne time dete ho?” (Ankit, how much time do you dedicate to physical activity in a day?). To this, Ankit responded that he spends a whole of four to five hours a day and noted that he is motivated by Modi.
Here are the five rules to follow Ankit Baiyanpuriya’s 75-day difficult challenge:
- Consume four liters of water each day.
- Perform a workout two times a day for 45 minutes each, one outdoors and the other indoors.
- Ensure to click a selfie after the workout.
