Lifestyle Desk – Meat is a good source to get the necessary amounts of protein, vitamins, and minerals. But you should know how to add it to your diet. Otherwise, you won’t get benefits from it.
Have a glass of milk or an egg for lunch and also have Yogurt as it has probiotics that facilitate digestion. You can also add chicken and meat broth. But include it after your stomach can digest eggs and dairy products.
For a simple appetizer, you can include meat products by mixing cooked noodles or bean sprouts in a cup of broth.
You can start with dishes like casseroles, stir-fries, and soups that contain chicken. You can also opt for turkey breast sandwiches, roast chicken thighs, and other substantial main dishes.
You can also combine red meat with vegetables, potatoes, casseroles, and omelets. But don’t consume red meat too fast.
If you just start eating non-veg then remember you don’t have to cook meat or chicken at high temperatures as they may cause cancer while cooked at high temperatures.
