Giving its maiden language the respect it deserves and make medical education accessible to all, Union Home Minister Amit Shah unveiled India’s first Hindi language MBBS course books, in Bhopal.
The launch of the MBBS Hindi books took place in the presence of Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan and State Medical Education Minister Vishvas Kailash Sarang. The sole idea behind this extraordinary move is to make education attainable to students who wish to opt for such streams in the future even if they have done schooling in Hindi medium schools.
Speaking at the Hindi MBBS course launch event, Union Minister Amit Shah shared that Modi Ji has been emphasizing on Hindi and other native languages as part of the New Education Policy. It is a historic decision and a proud moment for the entire nation.
He further said that this day is marked in the history of India with golden letters for the education sector of India.
Soon after the launch, starting from Bhopal region, the MBBS hindi text books will be made available to other states as well. The idea is to give accessibility to all students of equal education opportunities irrespective of the language.
