On a Sunday morning at 5 AM, two individuals on a motorcycle fired four shots outside Salman Khan‘s home. The attackers, caught on CCTV.
The police have identified the attackers as members of the notorious Lawrence Bishnoi gang. Reportedly this was planned in the US by Anmol Bishnoi, brother of Lawrence Bishnoi, and executed by Rohit Godara, a gang member.
The bike used in the attack was second-hand and traveled from Panvel to Mumbai.
Interestingly, Anmol Bishnoi claimed responsibility for the attack through a Facebook post.
Now, the police started a multi-state operation. Teams from Maharashtra, Delhi, Rajasthan, Haryana, and Punjab are working together.
