A fourth woman has come forward in the alleged sexual harassment and forced religious conversion case at a TCS-linked BPO in Nashik. She has accused senior officials of ignoring her complaints and asking her to “drop the matter.”
The survivor said she raised concerns multiple times against an accused employee, Raza Memon, but no strict action was taken. Instead, she claimed that HR and senior staff told her not to pursue the issue further.
According to her, the harassment began during her training in May 2023. She alleged that the accused tried to start personal conversations, asked her to keep things secret, and later began following her and making her uncomfortable with his behaviour.
She said that when she reported the issue to her managers, she was advised to avoid being alone instead of any action being taken against the accused.
The survivor also claimed that after she complained, rumours were spread about her personal life. She further alleged that even after her marriage, inappropriate remarks continued.
In another complaint, she said her workload was increased unfairly, which she believes was done intentionally after she raised the issue.
She also mentioned a separate incident where another colleague allegedly made inappropriate comments about her.
The survivor has now filed a formal complaint against the accused individuals and a senior official, alleging that repeated inaction encouraged such behaviour. Investigations in the case are ongoing.
