On their 35th birthday, Kohli equaled the ODI record of great Sachin Tendulkar by scoring hundreds ( 49). His hundreds helped the India team to reach a total of 326 runs with five wickets loss.

The match is played at Eden Gardens on Sunday between India and South Africa. South Africa team chased the 327 runs target and faced the biggest defeat from the India team. With the excellent bowling figures of Ravindra Jadeja of 5/33, India bundled out South Africa for 83 runs, which was 18 runs less than the total score of Virat Kohli. The magnificent innings made by Kohli are 101 runs off 121 balls, with 10 boundaries, and achieved the spot of top contenders in the match.
