Maharashtra: Mukhya Mantri Kanya Sumagla Yojana: The goal of this cash transfer program is to give the girl child social security.
Nirbhaya-Ek Pahal Program in Uttar Pradesh: This program links up to 75,000 women with state banks, enabling them to obtain loans at lower interest rates and take advantage of government subsidies.
Maharashtra-Manjhi Kanya Bhagyashree Scheme: Under this scheme, the state of Maharashtra gives financial aid to two girl children—Rs 25,000 each on their names of Rs 50,000 for a maximum of eighteen years—and one girl child.
Bhihar-Kanya Utthan Yojana: This program provides financial support to women in the state who wish to pursue higher education, up to Rs 50,000 until they graduate.
The Tamil Nadu government offers financial assistance to women who wish to buy two-wheelers through the Amma Two-Wheeler Scheme. According to the scheme, working women who wish to buy a two-wheeler can receive a 50% subsidy up to Rs 25,000.
