Ram Navami, celebrated on the ninth and final day of Chaitra Navratri. It will be a memorable event, especially since the inauguration of the Ayodhya Ram Mandir in January 2024.
On April 17, 2024, the Ayodhya Ram Mandir will receive a 1,11,111 kilograms of laddoos from the Devraha Hans Baba Trust. Earlier this year, the trust also contributed 40,000 kg of laddoos during the temple’s Pran Pratishtha ceremony.
Devraha Hans Baba Trust previously sent similar offerings to other major temples like Tirupati Balaji and Kashi Vishwanath.
Acharya Satyendra Das, the chief priest of the Ram Janmabhoomi temple, assures that all preparations are in place to welcome visitors and devotees for what will be Lord Ram’s first birthday celebration at the new temple.
Moreover, temple officials have extended visiting hours until 11 pm on Ram Navami. The day will start early with Mangala Aarti at 3:30 am during the auspicious Brahma Muhurta, followed by a series of rituals including Abhishek, Shringar, and Darshan. Prasad will be distributed to visitors after the evening’s shayan aarti.
