This Bharat Mandapam had become a vibrant place. I am happy that in the same Bharat Mandapam, my future Bharat is here. The world is amazed at the level at which India hosted the G20. But I am not amazed…Do you know why? When youth like you take charge of making an event successful, it becomes successful,” Modi said while giving congratulations to the youngsters for making the G20 Summit a successful and vibrant event.
Modi conducted meetings with 85 leaders all over the world in the last 30 days in the backdrop of the polarized international environment. At the G20 University Connect Finale, PM Narendra Modi made the following remarks,
1) “You saw the first session of Parliament in the new Parliament building. The first Bill that was passed in the new Parliament building filled the entire country with pride. Through ‘Nari Shakti Vandan Adhiniyam’, Parliament happily accepted women-led development…”
2) “I am amazed that these days I am facing an allegation that ‘Modi is sending people to jail’. You tell me, where should a person, who steals country’s assets, go? They should be in the jail, but some people are perturbed with this.”
3) “Today, we (India) are world’s fastest growing economy. We became world’s fifth largest economy from tenth largest in a record time”.
