Boondi ke Ladoo

During any celebration, Boondi Laddoo is one of the most popular delicacies, and Basant Panchami is no exception.
- The preparation begins with graham flour batter and sugar syrup, yet there is a lot to decorate with.
- To form a medium-thick paste, combine the gram flour with milk or water. Using a good amount of ghee, heat the pan. As the boondis touch the heated ghee, separate them into precise circular forms using a sieve.
- Drain the boondis after frying them until golden brown.
- In a big pot of cardamom-flavoured sugar syrup, place the boondis.
- Using your hands, make circular balls.
