Rajasthan crisis: Governor not ready to call assembly session, rejected the proposal again

Jaipur: Rajasthan Governor Kalraj Mishra has once again turned down Ashok Gehlot government’s request to call assembly session in Rajasthan. This is the third time the governor has rejected the government’s plea to call an assembly session. The Ashok Gehlot government had demanded to call the assembly session from 31 July. Earlier, Ashok Gehlot once again met the Governor today.

Gehlot has met the Governor for the fourth time after the revolt of the Sachin Pilot faction in Congress. According to the information received, Governor Kalraj Mishra has returned the file of the government talking about giving 21 days notice for the assembly session. The Gehlot government on Tuesday asked for a third time to call an assembly session before the governor.

Explain that the revised proposal was sent to the Governor of Rajasthan on Tuesday to Governor Kalraj Mishra, according to the sources, there was no mention about getting the confidence vote in the assembly session. Even before this, the Governor returned the first proposal of the Gehlot government on three points. This included issuing notice 21 days in advance for the session of the assembly and stating the Corona virus plan for the session.
