Rafale fleet welcomed by INS Kolkata on entering Indian border

New Delhi: Five Rafale Fighter Jets, who were coming to India from France to join the aircraft fleet of the Indian Air Force, stayed in the United Arab Emirates on Tuesday night, after which they flew to India from here on Wednesday afternoon. It is expected that these planes will land at Air Force Station in Ambala, Haryana around 3 pm. But an interesting incident has come to light in the meantime. Actually, the Rafale jet fleet contacted Indian Navy warship INS Kolkata after taking flight, after which both of them had a conversation.

To this Rafael also responded, “Thank you very much.” After this, INS Kolkata said- You should measure the height of the sky, Happy Landing. Immediately, Rafael also responded – Happy hunting over and out. ‘

Significantly, the first consignment of five Rafale aircraft left from the Marignac airbase in the French port city of Bordu on Monday. These aircraft will reach Ambala on Wednesday afternoon after covering a distance of about 7,000 km. These planes have three one-seater and two aircraft two-seater.
