As the Meerut Municipal Corporation is gearing up for its race to be included in the list of top 10 cities in the Swachhta Survekshan 2022, the Meerut Municipal Corporation has failed in its very first attempt. Colourful lights in the evening have already become the centre of attraction in the city, with the condition of Selfie Point deteriorating in just a few days. In such a situation, the big question is that in the coming time, how will Meerut be included in the list of top ten cities along with the race for the smart city.

Under the Smart City project, in the initial phase, such selfie structures were installed at five points of the city. Along with all the specialities of the district with the structures, information about the products made here has also been included in the plan. Currently, plans are being made to install these structures on the road coming from Mawana to Meerut, Meerut Haridwar Bypass, Delhi Road.
