The Indian Army has declared many vacancies and is accepting applications for Short Service Commissions in the Judge Advocate General Branch from unmarried male and unmarried female law graduates.

The officer would be on probation for six months from the date he/she earns his/her commission, according to the notification posted on the official website at joinindianarmy.nic.in.
“If he/she is regarded as unsuitable to keep his/her commission during the probationary period, his/her services may be terminated at any time, whether before or after the probationary period expires,” the notification stated.
There are three vacancies for women and 6 for men in this post.
What are the educational requirements?
Candidates must have an LLB degree with a minimum of 55 percent (three years of professional experience after graduation or five years after completing the 10+2 test). They should also be able to register as advocates with the Bar Council of India/State. The candidate must have graduated from an institution or university recognised by the Bar Council of India.

Important points to remember
Candidates must be between the ages of 21 and 27 on July 1, 2022.
