New Delhi: Assistant Sub Inspector of Delhi Police has died due to corona virus infection. This is the second case of death of a policeman from Corono in Delhi Police. The constable died earlier.
A Deputy Commissioner of Delhi Police was found infected with Covid-19 on Wednesday (27 May). Earlier, an officer of IPS rank in Delhi Police was found infected with Covid-19.
With the arrival of 1,163 new cases of Covid-19 in the national capital Delhi, the number of infected people has crossed 18 thousand. At the same time, 416 people have died in the capital by infection till Saturday. Officials said that 1,163 new cases of Covid-19 in Delhi today are the highest number of days.
