Lucknow: 121 new cases of corona virus were reported in Uttar Pradesh on Monday and with this the total number of cases increased to 2766. A bulletin issued by the Department of Health states that 121 new cases of corona virus infection have been reported in the state. Thus the total number of cases of infection has increased to 2766. The bulletin stated that a total of 802 people have recovered completely and have been discharged from hospitals, while 50 have lost their lives due to infection.

There are still 1914 people infected in the state. The bulletin stated that the total number of tabliagi Jamaat and related people is 1152 in total cases of infection. According to the bulletin, so far 14 people have died in Agra. Seven people each died in Meerut and Moradabad, five in Kanpur Nagar, four in Mathura, two each in Firozabad and Ghaziabad and one each in Kanpur Dehat, Amroha, Bareilly, Basti, Bulandshahr, Lucknow, Varanasi, Aligarh and Shravasti. Is caused by a virus.

Earlier, Principal Secretary (Medical and Health) Amit Mohan Prasad told reporters here, “Pool testing is going on continuously. Yesterday 1397 samples were tested … 3328 samples were sent to the laboratories yesterday and 4021 samples were tested by the labs. “He said that so far 90, 821 tests were conducted in the state through RT-PCR.
