Vikramaditya Singh son of former Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister late Virbhadra Singh will have to appear in court after Sudarshana wife of Vikramaditya filed a dowry complaint against the family.

According to the information received Sudarshana Singh Chundawat filed a case of domestic violence against the family after which the Congress MLA including her mother and sister will have to appear in court. Vikramaditya Singh belongs to the Royal family in Shimla. As per the sources they were asked to appear in court on Wednesday but none participated in the legal proceedings.

Following this, the court has asked the family to appear again on January 13th. The situation for the family has now become more intense.

Sudarshana Singh Chundawat belongs to Rajsamand in Mewar. She tied the knot with Vikramaditya on March 8, 2019, but due to constant physical abuse and mental torture, she filed a case against her husband and others on October 17, 2022.

Advocate Bhanvarsingh Deora told the media that after Vikramaditya’s father and former CM Virbhadra died in 2022, the lady, Sudarshana was sent back to Udaipur.

Sudarshana had alleged that her husband Vikramaditya tortured her many times as she did not bring a dowry to satisfy him. According to the lady the Congress MLA also commented on her status and always made her feel inferior, she alleged that she had to undergo mental harassment.
