New Delhi: National Security Advisor Ajit Doval spoke to Chinese Foreign Minister and State Counselor Wang Yi on a video call yesterday. Sources say that the talks took place in a cordial and farsighted manner. According to news agency ANI, sources said that the focus of the talks between Ajit Doval and Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi was to bring peace back fully and permanently and work together to avoid such incidents in future.
Doval is already active in the ongoing India-China standoff and is also keeping an eye on China. It is also being said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s sudden visit to Ladakh was part of Doval’s strategy.
