Will admission to nursery in Delhi not happen this year?

New Delhi: Delhi Deputy Chief Minister and Education Minister Manish Sisodia has put up a proposal for discussion that we should not admit from nursery class this year and admit nursery and KG together next year? Although no final decision has been taken yet, discussions are going on with all the stakeholders in this regard.

For information, let us know that notification for nursery admission usually comes out in the last of December, in which the whole process is told. But this year, due to the coronavirus epidemic, the same children have not been able to go to school, who were admitted to the nursery for 2020-21, because all the schools across the country have been closed since the month of March due to Corona. At present, there is no possibility of opening a school.

On the other hand, parents are also apprehensive about sending their children to school. The central government has also said that there will be no corona vaccine for children. In such a situation, it is being considered that if children are given admission in nursery again this year, then what will be the benefit, because there is no possibility of opening of school.
