Agra (UP): A man trying to kidnap a child in Dauratha area under Shahganj police station in Agra district of Uttar Pradesh has been arrested with the help of CCTV camera, the police said on Friday. The child has been rescued.
The incident occurred when the child was playing outside his house. As there was nobody around the child, a man got off an e-rickshaw, offered the child a piece of chocolate and lifted him. According to senior superintendent of police Prabhakar Chaudhary, the police have rescued the child and identified the accused as Mausam Usmani and two of his accused.
