Banda (UP): An issueless couple in Banda district of Uttar Pradesh celebrated the birthday of the kids of their doe with great pomp and show. The incident came to light after a video clip of it went viral on social media on Wednesday. The couple live in Kanshi Ram colony in the district. They invited all their relatives and friends and cut a cake, besides they arranged for a DJ.
Raja and his wife have been childless even after several years of their wedding, so when their pet doe gave birth to two kids, the couple was out of the world. They decided to celebrate the kids’ birthday with the same pomp and show as they would have done for their own children.
According to Raja, they treat the animals as their own children and named the kids Kuber and Laxmi whom he takes out for a ride on his rickshaw. Besides fodder, the guests brought blankets and other gifts for the kids, Raja said.
