The way the woman was murdered in Azamgarh village reminds the killing of 27-year-old Shraddha Walker whose live-in partner cut her body into 35 pieces and dumped them in various locations of New Delhi. The horrid sight of the body of the woman whipped the policemen into silence for a while.
Azamgarh (UP): A body of a woman with her head, hands and legs chopped off has been fished out of a well at Pashchim ka Purwa village on the Durvasa-Gahaji road in the Azamgarh district of Uttar Pradesh, the police said on Tuesday.
The gruesome murder in Azamgarh took place on the heels of the killing of a 27-year-old woman, a resident of Palghar in Maharashtra, Shraddha Walker in New Delhi. Her live-in partner Aftaf Ameen Poonawalla cut her body into 35 pieces and dumped them in different locations in New Delhi. The couple was living in Delhi.
