Finally, here is a good news for all the users of India who love to use WhatsApp like anything.

WhatsApp finally has got the approval to start its UPI-based payment system in the country.

This is after the feature was tested in beta for more than two years.

The Facebook-owned company has now launched WhatsApp Pay for all users on Android and iOS in India.

The National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) on Thursday agreed on WhatsApp Pay to starts its reach in India in a phased manner.

NPCI has limited the userbase to 20 million for WhatsApp Pay in the country in the first phase.

WhatsApp Pay is available in ten regional Indian languages and users need to have a debit card with a UPI-supported bank to use the service.
