American multinational technology company Apple Inc is soon going to have an online store in India.
Surprised? Well, the launch date is near as it is going to be available for users on 23 September 2020.
Apple will be providing variety of products along with online team members providing direct customer service.
The customer support will be provided to users in both English and Hindi languages at the online store of Apple.
Called as Apple Specialists, they will help customers or users in understanding about the new products along with financing options on its various products.
In October, the company also has plans to start a unique free online “Today at Apple” sessions on photography and music.
This will be the first of a kind Apple Store in India because the company has been so far selling its products only through authorised resellers.
Also, the company aims to introduce its first retail store in India by 2021.
