Just after India won, it was former Indian cricketer Sachin Tendulkar gave a response to the former Pakistani fast bowler Shoaib Akhtar. Akhtar had tweeted just a day before the big India-Pakistan match in the 2023 Cricket World Cup.Â

Akhtar posted a photo of himself showing that he was celebrating after defeating Tendulkar in a match. The tweet was captioned as “Kal agar asa kuch kerna hai, toh #ThandRakh (If you want to do something tomorrow, keep calm.)”
Tendulkar finally got a chance to take a dig at Akhtar’s tweet the next day after India beat Pakistan by 7 wickets. He expressed his gratitude to Akhtar for his suggestions and said, “My friend, aap ka advice follow kiya aur sab kuch billlkoool THANDA rakha.”
Tendulkar’s tweet was appreciated by fans and followers on social media. Several people also supported his sportsmanship spirit and good sense of humor. Others also understood the tweet response as a good example of the friendly rival relation between India and Pakistan.

Other user wrote, “Looks like Shoaib crying and Sachin moving after registering a victory.” “Typical Pakistani. Forgetting Sachin can still slam a six out of the park,” a third user wrote. “God of cricket thank you for a stunning reply ,” a user commented. “SIR YOU ARE GOD OF CRICKET AND WHEN GOD SPEAKS PEOPLE LISTEN,” another user remarked.
In the first encounter in the World Cup 2023, India and Pakistan match was held on Saturday. And interestingly, Indian captain Rohit Sharma was ranked as the star of the match as he scored a 63-ball 86 to support his team to attain the meager target of 192 runs.
One cannot deny that Pakistani players like Shaheen Shah Afridi, Hasan Ali, and Haris Rauf are really impressive bowlers in the world. However, during yesterday’s match, the players from the Pakistani side had a really low score to not defeat them.
