Meerut – Making it to the Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia list is a prestigious milestone for young entrepreneurs, celebrating those who have made significant achievements before turning 30. This year, Forbes has selected Sunny Garg, Shaifali Jain, and Archit Chauhan, co-founders of Crib, a digital ecosystem that connects landlords, tenants, and entrepreneurs.
Crib, founded in 2022, offers a comprehensive SaaS-based solution for landlords that enhances operational efficiency, streamlines finances, and boosts sales. For tenants, Crib provides a modern platform to explore and book properties while enjoying exclusive discounts.
Sunny Garg, hailing from Delhi, and Shaifali Jain from Meerut, were classmates at Ramjas College, Delhi University, where they pursued B.Com (Hons.) from 2014 to 2017. During their college years, they launched their first entrepreneurial venture, YourShell, a co-living operator. Within two years, YourShell achieved a turnover exceeding Rs 20 crores and was acquired by Stanza Living for a multi-million-dollar valuation.
Their experience at YourShell highlighted the need for digitization in property management, leading to the creation of Crib. The platform aims to modernize and streamline rental property management, addressing an unmet need in the market.
Archit Chauhan, also from Delhi, is a software engineer who graduated from Jaypee Institute of Information Technology. As the CTO of Crib, he oversees the technology that powers the platform.
With a focus on technology, automation, and transparency, Crib has emerged as a leading player in the real estate sector. The company manages over 2 lakh beds across multiple cities and facilitates yearly rents exceeding Rs 3,000 crores.
Forbes’ recognition of Sunny Garg, Shaifali Jain, and Archit Chauhan underscores their innovative contributions to the real estate industry and their significant impact on property management through Crib.
