News Desk – A video is spreading on social media showing DK Goel, the chairman of FIITJEE, a coaching institute, yelling at an employee during a meeting. The meeting was meant to talk about why the institute’s employees had not been paid on time and to let them ask questions directly to Goel.
The problem started when an employee from the Thane branch asked Goel about the company’s recent spending in the education technology field. This made Goel very angry, and he started insulting the employee very harshly, even making rude comments about his family.
In the video, Goel is heard saying very mean things like, “Useless people… what sh*t of a person you are? You know the name of your father, the person who has written this? Nonsense. Go ask your mother who your father is. Nonsense people.” He also said that the employee should be removed from Mumbai.
This video made many people online upset, and they criticized Goel’s behavior as being wrong for a workplace. This incident has brought attention to problems at FIITJEE, where employees say they haven’t been paid for the past five months.
