Jaipur: A petition was filed in Rajasthan High Court on behalf of BSP and BJP MLA Madan Dilawar against the 6 MLAs joining the Congress from Bahujan Samajwadi Party (BSP). While hearing the court on Thursday, the Assembly Secretary CP Joshi along with the Assembly Secretary and the BSP have been asked to issue a notice to all the MLAs involved in the Congress and to reply by August 11.
A hearing was also held on Wednesday in Rajasthan court regarding these MLAs involved in BSP from Congress. But shortly after the hearing, the next hearing was postponed till Thursday. During the hearing in the court on Wednesday, through video conferencing, Satish Chandra Mishra on behalf of BSP said that BSP is a national party, it cannot be merged in the state, Mishra also said before the court that the speaker willfully Long stretching the case.
