Ministry of Railways canceled all passenger trains till 17 May

New Delhi: In view of the Corona crisis, the NDA government led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday decided to increase the lockdown. With the increase of detention for the third time, the Railways made it clear that all passenger services will be canceled till 17 May.

However, migrant laborers, students, tourists, pilgrims and others stranded amid lockdowns in other states will be transported to their home state by means of labor special trains. Freight and parcel trains will also continue to operate during this period.

On Friday, the first such train (special train) left Hyderabad for Jharkhand at around 4.50 am with 1,200 passengers. The remaining five trains are Nashik to Lucknow (9:30 PM), Aluva to Bhubaneswar (Shah at 6 PM), Nashik to Bhopal (8 PM), Jaipur to Patna (10 PM) and Kota to Hatia (at night) Nine o’clock) train included.
