According to the information received the session judge Pramchala claimed that the charges are not beyond doubt. The accused were identified as Dinesh Yadav, Sandeep, Tinku, and Babu. They were the prime suspect in the northeast Delhi riots.

There were several charges such as rioting, a threat to human life, destruction of government property, and creation of unlawful groups.
