A delegation of the association, led by its president D Kempanna met leader of opposition and former chief minister Siddaramaiah. Kempanna accused the ministers and legislators of demanding 40% commission from contractors. His association has been fighting against graft for more than a year, but nothing happened to the corrupt ministers. Kempanna said all political parties are corrupt. The association wrote a letter to the Prime Minister in July last year, saying that the contractors were being harassed by ministers and elected representatives.
