1) The coronavirus pandemic has not completely gone at least in India. Although the reports of new cases are reducing to a larger extent, yet the bank that you visit must ensure that you get your hands sanitized before entering the bank branch.

2) If a sanitizer is absent in the welcome desk, then you can carry and use your own sanitizer as the bank doors might have been touched by many customers who come and go, and thus, for your safety, you can sanitize your hands with a sanitizer once you enter the bank branch.

3) Make a list of things you want to get in the bank. If you have to visit an FD or RD section or you just want to update your passbook or you have some queries to be asked to the bank executive. Once you are clear about your bank work, then tell the receptionist or security guard about your issues and get guidance on how to get your work done. If you are knowing the bank executives well and know where each section is placed in the pandemic times, you can directly get the work done without anyone’s help.

4) Ensure that you keep your MASK on your face. Do not lower your guards even if you find employees in the bank wearing the mask half or not at all. As they are sitting inside the bank for longer hours, they cannot keep the MASK on always all the time, so it is okay for them but since you are a customer coming from outside to the branch, you need to keep your MASK on and also maintain physical distance while you interact with the bank employees.
