Monsoon is already there. Although travelling has been reduced in these coronavirus times, monsoon can have an impact on us and our lives even if we stay at home. Know how!

Monsoon can make your immunity weak to various infections and illnesses. Hence, you need to take care of your health more in a proper way during rainy season.

1) Ghar ka kadha:
Yes, instead of buying any tonic to cure your illnesses, you can prevent sickness by drinking home-made kadha of herbs and spices and keep your immune system strong.

2) Massages:
Oil massages with sesame or coconut oil before bath can help you to stay away from any sort of allergies.

3) Fruits:
Eating fruits such as apples, amla, orange, berries and pomegranates can improve your diet and immunity.

4) Coffee or tea:
Anything too much is not good for health. In order to keep yourself energetic, drink a glass of coffee or tea once a day to build up your immunity naturally.

5) Activity and sleep:
Ensure to sleep for 8 hours a day and also keep doing moderate exercises to keep yourself stress-free.
