Goddess Brahmacharini provides eternal bliss and self-awareness to her devotees. The name Brahmacharini means a faithful female student who lives in Ashrama with her Guru along with other students.

Goddess Brahmacharini is also called as Tapascharini, Aparna, and Uma. She wears white clothes and holds a rosary or japa mala in her right hand and a water utensil called Kamandal in her left hand.
