Moradabad: A case has been registered against Samajwadi Party national president Akhilesh Yadav in the case of beating of journalists. Case has been registered under sections 147, 342 and 323 against Akhilesh and 20 more unidentified workers of the Samajwadi Party at Pakbada police station in Moradabad.

On the other hand, SP District President Jayveer Singh Yadav has filed an FIR against journalists, Ubaid Ur Rehman and Farid Shamsi. A case has been registered against the journalists under Section 160/341/332/353/504/499 / 120B. These two were representing some TV channel.

In fact, on Thursday, Akhilesh Yadav reached Moradabad to meet the workers in connection with the upcoming assembly elections and panchayat elections. During this, he held a press conference. At first he became angry with the question of some journalists. Akhilesh Yadav said, “Have you ever asked the question to BJP?” After this, when he started leaving, some journalists wanted to talk to the SP President separately. It is alleged that during this time Akhilesh’s security personnel first stopped him. Meanwhile, the quarrel between the journalists and the security personnel was heard and there was a push-up with the journalists. It is being told that some journalists also caught the collar of the security personnel.
