–One of the best ways to maintain gut health involves cutting out sugar, refined carbs and jacking-up gut supporting fibre.

 –Make sure you add a lot of fruits, leafy vegetables and nuts to your diet. 

 –Eat feel-good foods such as berries, cranberries, pomegranates, blueberries and colourful   food items to improve your gut health.

–Fats like omega-3 and monounsaturated fats — such as extra-virgin olive oil — will help decrease inflammation, providing healthy gut bugs with a chance to flourish.

–Get an average of 7-8 hours of sleep and practice stressing-busting activities like yoga, meditation, or therapy regularly.
