Aryan Khan Granted Bail

Aryan Khan, the son of Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan, was detained on October 3 in a purported narcotics seizure onboard a cruise ship by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB). The news has ecstatically delighted the superstar’s fans. For hours, a large number of fans brandishing posters in favour of Aryan have been stationed outside SRK’s Mannat home.

After his bail application was denied by both the Magistrate and Sessions Courts, Aryan went to the Bombay High Court to seek relief. “The petitioner is 23 years old and was previously in California in the United States,” Aryan Khan’s lawyer Mukul Rohatgi told the Bombay High Court on Tuesday.

“There is no case of conspiracy at all,” Mukul Rohatgi, speaking on behalf of Aryan Khan, stated. There isn’t any leniency. There is no master-servant relationship between me and you. I’m not admitting to any usage or consumption.” “Applicant Aryan Khan is not a first-hand consumer,” NCB’s attorney ASG Anil Singh said in opposition to Aryan’s bail request on Thursday. According to records, he has been a regular customer for the past two years. The records on which you may rely.

One is a hidden letter containing medication information. A cruise will be taken by 11-12 people. Eight of the eleven were captured. Voluntary panchanama, voluntary statement, digital phone and WhatsApp chats, these are all documents that have been presented to a special court. Aachit (accused number 17) is a narcotics dealer who was captured after the cruise had concluded. My argument is that if the applicant has dealt with, or even tries to deal with, section 28 applies, and if he is a member of a conspiracy, section 29 applies. So, although the person was not caught in possession of the substance, there was an attempt to deal with commercial quantities. He’s a component of a plot involving commercial quants.
