Bollywood superstar Salman Khan is all set to make a comeback to the television screens with his new season of reality show Bigg Boss. On Saturday, the latest promo was revealed which showed Salman meddling with a bomb. He even sported the short hairstyle look in the promo which is also one of the looks he is donning for his upcoming film Tiger 3.
The latest promo of Bigg Boss 17 displays Salman sitting in front of a bomb and says, “Arey ye bhi koi bomb hai. Isse bhi explosive sadasya aayenge (Is this a bomb!? The participants will be much more explosive than this).”
Then Salman is seen in the promo to be cutting the wrong wire and the bomb explodes. He then walks out of fire and says, “Aag se khilayenge, dhamaka karayenge, dil dimaag aur dum ka hoga ye game but ye game nahi hoga sabke liye same to same (we will make them play with fire, we will carry out explosions. One will need heart, mind and power for this game. But this game will not be the same for everyone).”
The promo has been appreciated as well as criticized by users on the internet. Some users claimed the biased approach of Salman in the reality show while some said that no one is interested in cricket in the show as the World Cup will be aired live during the same time.
Jio Cinema shared the promo on their social media, “Dhamakedaar hogi yeh nayi shuruvat, naye andaaz mein swagat hoga poore dum ke saath (this new beginning will be explosive, the participants will be welcomed in a new style, with utmost power)! Aa raha hai (its coming) #BiggBoss17, 15 Oct raat 9 PM se, 24 hours LIVE Streaming Free only on #JioCinema. #BB17 #BB17onJioCinema @beingsalmankhan @colorstv.”
If you are aware, rapper MC Stan was the winner on Bigg Boss 16. Shiv Thakare was the runner-up of the season.
The above was of the Dhamaka promo as the dapper host had earlier also shared two promos of the reality show – Dil and Dimaag. In the ‘Dil’ promo, Salman says that in season 17, he will join forces with those who select to play with their hearts. He said that it was for the first time that the master of the house would attract the contestants with luxuries that they had never seen before.
The ‘Dimaag’ promo portrayed Salman donning the role of a detective as he wore an overcoat, glasses, and a hat, which meant that the show this season would want the participants to play with their minds as well. The master promises to groom and mentor those participants who are quite clever enough to get involved in mind games.
The promos also show that Bigg Boss 17 will be aired on television screens on October 15, 2023. The audience can watch the show on TV from Monday to Friday at 10 pm and on weekends i.e. on Saturdays and Sundays at 9 pm.
