Fear is such a bad word that exists in everyone’s dictionary in life. Fear kills people like anything if not dealt with in time. Fear can make you paralyzed with worries, depressing thoughts, and anxious behavior for a lifelong. Fear can even make things stranded if queries or doubts are not solved by the right person. For example, a person who really has a good academic score may think of quitting his studies if he has been feared of some unwanted consequences in his life if he continues to top in his class.

Some fears are also instilled during childhood that shapes the personalities of people as they grow up. You might have seen how some parents tell a lot of lies to their children just so that they grow up in controlled environments. Like, I had seen a man who was told during his childhood that if he moves out of his city for some work purpose, he will face bad fortune throughout his life. This man was a topper in his class and also inspired others to give their best in their lives. However, this fear instilled by his parents because they didn’t want to lose him during their old age, made him shun his dreams and lead an ordinary man’s life throughout his life.

One can get freedom from taught and natural fears if they trust that fears have nothing to do with reality. For example, if you meditate every day for 10 minutes that you are taken care of by God and no other supernatural power can come to you or stop you to progress in life, you will find remarkable changes in your life. Fear is what is stopping you but you can cut its effects in your life by training your brain and mind to feel more confident and go by your instincts and realistic expectations and not by your fears.

Freedom from fear can also be gotten through practicing an emotional and gratitude journal. If you record your experiences in your life and note down where you are going wrong from a different perspective than yours, you will surely get rid of all the inhibitions and limitations that are surrounded your life. You can even take the help of a strong-minded person in your life who can rectify your thought process whenever it is looking for the comfort zone.

You can talk about the fears of your life to your friends or trusted people who can tell you why you are thinking that way and what is right in your life. You can even consult a counselor who can give you training and tips to look at the positive sides of life whenever you think you are failing due to your fears. You can retrain your mind if you know what is the true purpose of your life. I am sure you don’t want to live in fears throughout your life and to come out of it, you need to make small and slow progress towards the freedom from all your fears one by one.
