New Delhi: A month after the lockdown opened in India, the corona crisis continued to escalate. There have been more than 25 thousand cases of corona infection in the country once again. This is the first time that more than 25 thousand corona positives have been found in the country for two consecutive days. The worst condition is in Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu. 6875 new cases were reported in Maharashtra on Thursday and 4231 in Tamil Nadu.

According to covid19india.org, as of 11:49 pm on Thursday night, the number of corona infections in the country has been 794855. There were 25803 new cases on Thursday. However, the number of people recovering is also increasing rapidly. So far, 495960 people have beaten Corona in the country. The number of active cases is now 277171. 21623 people have lost their lives due to corona in the country. On Thursday, 479 people died of corona. Meanwhile, Union Health Minister Harsh Vardhan claimed that there has been no community transmission of coronavirus in the country.

Meanwhile, there was a relief news on Corona. Corona vaccine trial on animals is complete. Rajesh Bhushan, Officer on Special Duty (OSD), Ministry of Health and Family Welfare said, “There are currently more than 100 vaccine candidates in the world, who are at different trial stages.” Bharat Biotech International Limited along with ICMR and Cadila Health Care are producing two indigenous vaccines. Both have completed animal toxicity studies.
