ICMR changes its guide lines if testing is to be increased: Satyendar Jain

New Delhi: Amidst the growing cases of Covid-19, Delhi Health Minister Satyendra Jain said on Saturday that ICMR changed its guide lines if testing was to be increased. We cannot violate the guide line of ICMR. Tests can be conducted only on the basis of ICMR conditions and all governments are obliged to follow the guidelines.
