New Delhi: First death due to corona virus infection occurred in Andhra Pradesh. On March 30, a 55-year-old man died in medical history, suffering from diabetes and heart disease. The deceased’s son went to Delhi and returned to Vijayawada on 17 March, he was also found infected with the corona virus.
Andhra Pradesh state nodal officer Arja Srikanth said that there was a delay in identifying the death due to his health record. After thorough testing it was confirmed that he died of a corona virus infection.
