New Delhi: Coronavirus cases are increasing in the country. Meanwhile, the situation in Gujarat is getting worse. 92 new infection cases were reported here on Friday. With this, the number of victims has crossed one thousand. Two people also lost their lives in the state today. So far, a total of 38 people have lost their lives due to coronavirus. More than a thousand infection cases have been reported in Maharashtra, Delhi, Tamil Nadu and Rajasthan before Gujarat.

According to the data released on Friday by the Ministry of Health, 1007 new cases of infection occurred in the country in the last 24 hours. During this time 28 people lost their lives. The total number of corona victims in the country has risen to 13,387. These include 11,201 active cases. At the same time, 1749 people have been recovered and sent to their homes. So far 437 people have died in the country.

In the last 24 hours, the number of sample testing in the country has also increased rapidly. It crossed the 30,000 mark in a day for the first time, which is a record in itself. Significantly, on Friday, the consignment of 6.5 lakh test kits from China has reached India.
