Lucknow: Corona virus epidemic is increasing across the country. It has spread to 66 districts of Uttar Pradesh. Although 9 districts of the state are free from Corona. The death toll is 63 so far.
Uttar Pradesh Principal Secretary Health Amit Mohan Prasad said that the total active cases in the state are 1821, so far 3145 infected cases have been found, which are from 66 districts, out of which 9 districts have no active cases now. There were 4848 sample tests conducted yesterday, so far 116030 samples have been tested in the state. Yesterday, 373 pools were set up for testing in which 1779 samples were tested, out of which 18 have turned out to be positive.
He said that 63 people have died due to infection in the state so far. Prasad said that so far 3,145 people from 68 districts of the state have been confirmed to be infected with Corona virus. He said that no person is currently infected with the corona virus in the nine districts of the state.
He said that a total of one lakh 16 thousand 30 samples have been tested so far in government and private sector laboratories. He said, “Samples of 4,848 people were tested in the state yesterday. Apart from these, 1,779 samples have been tested under 373 pool testing. 18 of them have confirmed infections in the pool. “
