Kolkata: Aseem Bandopadhyay, the younger brother of West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, died this morning from Corona. Aseem Bandopadhyay was infected with Corona for the past one month, he died this morning.
According to family sources, the last rites will be performed following the Kovid protocol. It is reported that his treatment was going on in the Medica Superspeciality Hospital in Kolkata. He was infected with Corona for the past one month.
As per the Union Health Ministry, there are currently 1,31,792 active COVID-19 cases in West Bengal.
