125 new cases in UP, one more death in Meerut

Lucknow: Covid-19 is causing havoc in the country and the world. By Saturday, more than one lakh 46 thousand 291 people have lost their lives due to this deadly virus. At the same time, the outbreak of Covid-19 in Uttar Pradesh is increasing rapidly.

125 new cases of Covid-19 have been reported in Uttar Pradesh on Saturday. With this, the total number of cases has increased to 974. Out of this, 108 patients have been cured and 14 others have died. In the last 24 hours, 26 patients who have been healthy have been discharged from the hospital. State Health Department has given this information.

At the same time, a 52-year-old patient of Rajnagar resident admitted in the Corona ward of the Medical College died on Friday. This is the second death in the last three days in Meerut. The patient was on ventilator. Corona was confirmed in the investigation report on Saturday. Along with performing the last rites, the kin of the deceased were quarantined. The deceased has been described as a chronic respiratory disease.
