The idea comes to practice to facilitate easy payments and avoid making consumers wait in long queues to place orders.

KFC India has introduced KFC Smart Restaurants all over the country serving through all-digital restaurants located in Hyderabad, Gurgaon, Chennai and Bengaluru. Customers will now be able to easily order online and pay digitally.

With everyone going digital first, from food to gaming, from their relationships to their careers, or studies, digital users in India have grown at a rapid speed doubling the count over the last five years.

Adding to its commitment to being easily available to consumers in terms of pricing and location, KFC has decided to offer smart restaurants which will provide easy-to-use ordering kiosks to tech-savvy interiors extending more convenience.

Now that bucket of KFC Chicken is much more easier and accessible to KFC lovers. With an aim to continue building restaurants of the future, the brand plans to launch 10 more such restaurants by the end of the year.

By adopting more technology, KFC Smart Restaurants will ditch the traditional ordering counter with multiple digital payment options and QR code. Customers can easil order directly from their table and avoid standing in line, by scanning the QR code, powered by the KFC Smart App, on their phones.
