A few weeks ago, the makers of Sushant Singh Rajput’s last film Dil Bechara announced its much-awaited direct-to-web release. Releasing on July 24 on Disney+Hotstar, the film is directed by Mukesh Chhabra and also features debutante Sanjana Sanghi in the lead role. As the film is inching closer to its OTT streaming date, the makers are reportedly planning to release the trailer tomorrow that is July 6.
The official poster of Dil Bechara was unveiled on June 25 and previously, the makers had shared stills from the film to delight fans. The film was earlier scheduled to release in theatres, however, due to the Coronavirus pandemic, it was diverted to a direct-to-web release. With Dil Bechara being Sushant’s last film, fans of the actor requested the makers for a theatrical opening.
Speaking of Dil Bechara, it is the official Hindi remake of The Fault In Our Stars based on John Green’s popular novel of the same name. Mukesh makes his directorial with the Hindi adaptation by Shashank Khaitan and Suprotim Sengupta. Apart from Sushant and Sanjana, Saif Ali Khan will be seen in a cameo.
