Auto Desk – The Mahindra XUV700, one of the most popular SUVs in the Indian market, is all set to get a facelift, and the updated model has now been spotted testing for the first time.
What’s New in the Design?
The facelifted XUV700 will feature:
- A revised front design
- Updated grille and headlamps
- A new bumper
- Fresh daytime running lights (DRLs)
- From the side, the SUV looks mostly the same as the current model.
Expected Launch
- The XUV700 facelift is scheduled to launch in 2026.
New Features and Technology
Even though the current XUV700 is already packed with features, the upcoming facelift will include:
- Upgraded Level 2 ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems)
- A triple screen setup for a more premium cabin feel
- Rear ventilated seats (for the 6-seater version)
- Sun blinds for added comfort
- More connected car technology
- An Infinity glass roof with ambient lighting
- Auto park assist – a feature expected to be carried over from Mahindra’s electric SUV lineup
No Changes in Engine Options
Mechanically, the XUV700 facelift will stay the same:
- It will continue with the same petrol and diesel engines
- Both manual and automatic gearbox options will be available
