New Delhi: The Ministry of External Affairs said that the program of the India-EU summit will be changed in view of the corona virus. Earlier this conference was to be held this month.

Foreign Ministry spokesman Ravish Kumar said that PM Modi was to participate in the India-EU summit, with health officials of both countries suggesting that the visit should not be done at present. It has therefore been decided by mutual agreement that the summit date will be rescheduled.

India and the EU decided to reschedule the date of Prime Minister Modi’s visit to Brussels in consultation with health officials due to the Corona virus outbreak. The Indo-European Union Conference was to be held on 13 March. The new date of the conference has not been decided yet.
